IME/DME Observation

Let us put your client at ease before and during an IME/DME. We contact the client the day before and then escort them through the process. We observe and submit a written report of the examination, recording as allowed.

Bethany Payne is a registered nurse with almost a decade of clinical experience and the founder of EverMay LNC. Her background includes high-acuity cardiovascular, neurological, and medical stepdown ICU settings, where accuracy, critical thinking, and attention to detail are essential. She has served in leadership roles as both a charge nurse and as a preceptor and spent five years as a travel nurse where she gained broad exposure to diverse healthcare systems and documentation practices.

Bethany brings a meticulous, clinically grounded approach to medical review and analysis. She specializes in tranforming complex records into clear, defensible chronologies and medical insight that supports effect legal strategy.

Bethany founded EverMay LNC with a commitment to integrity, objectivity, and dependable support. She is a devoted mother who values family and brings that same care, responsibility, and professionalism to every case her firm supports.

OUR PROCESS

Our process is simple, transparent, and efficient.

Quick Call

The process begins with either a short phone or Zoom call, or via email communication. We gather needed information, including a brief synopsis of the case, the desired work product, and the ideal turnaround time.

Record Upload

We can provide you with a link to a HIPAA protected DropBox folder to upload the records. We are also happy to use the upload software that you are most comfortable using if your firm already has a process in place.

Cost Estimate

After a quick, high level review of the records, we provide you with a cost estimate for approval. This ensures you remain in control and aware of the final cost, maintaining transparency throughout the process.

Case Review

Our case reviews are second to none. We frequently hear from our attorney clients that the work we provide adds exponential value to their final settlements. Our work product not only adds monetary value, but also saves time for you and your team!

Submission

Once the review is completed as requested, we submit the final documents to you in Word format. This allows you to copy and paste as you see fit. Final submissions may be delivered via email, DropBox, or through your preferred software system.

Invoicing

We provide you with a professional invoice that is conveniently delivered electronically, allowing for either rapid payment via online or by a mailed check, if preferred.
